Komatoon allows you to upload photos to transform them into stylized anime artwork. To apply these AI filters, your photos are temporarily and securely transmitted to our cloud infrastructure. Your photos are used solely for the purpose of generating your requested artwork. We categorically do not use your personal photos, nor the generated artworks, to train, retrain, or improve any AI models.
We respect your privacy and practice data minimization. We retain your uploaded photos and the resulting artworks on our secure servers for a maximum of 30 days. This temporary retention is strictly to ensure successful image delivery, troubleshoot processing errors, and handle customer support requests. After this 30-day period, your images are permanently and irrevocably deleted from our servers.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information, photos, or generated images to outside parties. All image processing is handled securely within our own managed infrastructure.
Komatoon offers subscriptions using Apple's standard In-App Purchase system. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment information; all transactions are securely handled entirely by Apple.
